I applied online with a cover letter and resume and they emailed me promptly asking me to take a mental math test, which I passed. Next, they wanted a personality test which I passed. Next was a one sided interview with behavioral and mental math questions.

Tell us about one extracurricular activity you do.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
