It took a month. First you need to complete an OA based on Python. It takes 2 hours to finish. And then a math OA. After that, I received a link to let me record a video. And I received a call from a trader at Akuna. Ask you som tricky questions.

It is web-based on Hireme, There are 3 brain-teaser questions, each with 5 mins to respond. Quite difficult and takes insufficient time to solve unless you've done it before. There is no HR present, only camera proctoring. But the overall experience is really fast and smooth.
