Application
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Multi-step interview process. Just completed the first phase math test. If I scored high enough I will get a personality test followed by a wed interview then a phone screening then a face-to-face interview at their headquarters.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mental math problems were harder than the ones found on "easy" at tradertest.org and there were several sequence questions that I didn't know even though I could breeze through the "hard" sequence questions on tradertest.org.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
