Interview
There are five steps, including math sequence, pattern recognization, 16F personality test, screen interview, phone interview, and onsite interview. A lot of simple math problems, and I recommend to prepared by tradertest.org, and textbook of statistics. Relax and have fun!
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

Interview
The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
