I applied through campus recruiting and received an email to do a Hackerrank test. A week after completing the test, I heard from them to schedule a phone screen. I was asked about my background, some python questions, a probability question, and a brainteaser. The interviewers were very polite and I enjoyed talking to them. I did not get past the phone screen but heard back promptly. The entire process was well organized, they were prompt and responsive, and overall I had a very positive impression of the company.

Had my Akuna Capital quant dev interview recently — they asked two LeetCode-style questions (an easy warmup and a medium one). I solved both, felt good about it, but still got the rejection email the next day. Tough process, but good practice.
