I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2015
Interview
Online math test that starts out easy and progressively becomes more difficult with multiplication and division questions. If you're good at doing math with large numbers in your head it likely shouldn't be too difficult. Then there is a pattern test. All of this will need to be complete in a certain amount of time and they expect you will not use a calculator.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
