Interview
I secured my final round interview through the Options 201 course, and so I can't speak to the earlier rounds. Had a brief 20 min recruiter call before the final round (presumably to make sure that I was a real human). Final round only lasted 30 minutes, and was pretty easy. Felt like more of a vibe check than grilling me for competency, but speed definitely matters.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
