Interview
3 technical rounds including one mini shopping cart application.
First 3 rounds were done smoothly.
Then last round was cultural discussion with MD. What an egoistic person he is. I did not read review before applying, but now after reading the negative reviews about Gurgaon location, I can say they are totally correct.
I am thankful to him that he showed his true nature in that interview.
Good luck for the MD and your AKQA Gurgaon.
Please stop insulting candidates, and move this cultural HR round to first round so that candidates will not waste their time with technical rounds and mini application.

Worst company ever. Glad that I have not been part of this company. They took my interview for entire one month. Despite clearing the first two rounds and performing well on the 3rd round as well with answering all their question with completing the assignment, they declined my application without any reason.
Glad to be not part of such useless company who dont care about employee's time and value

This is complete SCAM .They are just wasting time of candidates with least interest of hiring them.They don’t have any process for interviews.They will keep interviewing you till the time they want .They don’t specify the number of rounds and keep on dragging you to the next round. They sound very rude while salary negotiation.They even refuse to give what they offer at the time of conducting interview.Management treats you pathetically.My advise to all of you would be don’t waste your time as it will take you no where in terms of offering.
