Le process est structuré mais très lent, avec peu de retours après les entretiens. L’échange RH a toutefois été intéressant, marqué par un réel intérêt pour l’intelligence émotionnelle. Ce focus m’a permis de mieux valoriser mes compétences humaines et relationnelles, même si le manque de feedback ralentit la prise de décision et crée de l’incertitude.

I participated in six rounds of interviews and was asked to provide four professional references — two former managers, one colleague, and one past client. As part of the process, I also prepared and submitted a detailed 3-month business plan, which received positive feedback from the hiring manager’s supervisor. HR informed me that I would receive an offer the following week. After that, I received no further communication. I followed up with Rajesh, the hiring manager at Akkodis, who initially said there would be a slight delay, but then stopped responding entirely. HR first reassured me that the offer was still in progress, then later admitted they didn’t know what was happening. After about six weeks, I was informed that the position had been closed. Two weeks later, the same role was reposted. I made one final attempt to contact HR for clarification but received no response.
