I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIT Laboratories (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Meet and greet with the department manager and supervisor. Both friendly, and made interview comfortable. No technicAl questions, overall it was a very easy q&a. They mostly were concerned about how fleible I could be when it comes to working overtime. My extracurricular and why I chose the company.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at AIT Laboratories in May 2013
Interview
First phone interview with RSD. Very nice lady. Second phone interview with RSM. I then received an email stating she wanted to meet me for a f2f and would be in touch with flight info. I waited several days, finally I sent her an email to follow-up. She then called and said she had to push it back. Finally received another email with a date and time that was within driving distance. Day before f2f interview, she called and said they hired someone who was referred by another manager. Three days later she calls and says he resigned, she tells me I was her top candidate choice to start with and asks if I would be willing to fly out to meet her for an informal meeting to chat and see if we clicked. I flew out, we met, talked about territory, strategized about how I would get started, and just chatted. Nothing like a real interview. She was even dressed in normal street clothes, no suit. Said all I needed to do was speak with HR and VP. She even told me what to say to them. I went home, waited, finally emailed her about when HR would call, she said next day. I waited again, no call. I called her and left another message. HR director finally sent me an email with number and time for me to call her. Spoke with HR. Nothing big, talked about benefits. She asked a couple of simple questions and told me next would be speaking with the VP. Next day I received a generic email from RSM saying I was not selected for position. Imagine my surprise when I thought I was the only candidate in the running.

HR director asked: How will you transition from current role to role of AE.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIT Laboratories (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2010
Interview
Initial phone screening with recruiter, who was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. An in-house interview was immediately scheduled with hiring managers. They were very friendly, in fact everyone that I was introduced to seemed very nice. I was given a tour of the building and the interview lasted maybe an hour. After a week or so I was asked back for another panel interview.
