AIT interview questions

Insgesamt 3 Gespräche, HR - Fachabteilung - finales Interview - Zusage/Jobangebot. Alles verläuft online / per Telefon. Es gab stets Unterstützung seitens AIT für meine Fragen und alle Prozesse wurden klar von jeden Ansprechpartnern kommuniziert.

The interview process was only two interviews but with very slow communication and scheduling. I was flown out for the in-person final interview and was given a verbal job offer from the team after I finished. After two weeks of discussing salary, projects, and start date I was suddenly told the job offer was rescinded due to "budget constraints". Several months later the same position is being advertised as a PhD project. Complete waste of my time and effort, and horrible business practices on their side. I do not recommend interviewing with these people.
