      Interview

I felt somewhat uncomfortable with the one-way interview format, as I would have preferred to speak with a real person who could take the time to assess candidates more carefully and create a more natural exchange. The process felt quite impersonal, which made it harder to show personality and communicate in a genuine way. The only positive aspect, in my opinion, was that the platform allowed one extra attempt for some video answers if the first recording was not satisfactory. That made the experience slightly less stressful. On the other hand, I did appreciate the fact that they later provided an outcome instead of simply disappearing, which unfortunately has become increasingly rare in recruitment processes today.
