AIDA Global interview questions

The interview was very laid back and they seemed to be genuinely interested me.... that was, until the hiring manager told me that the Japanese staff were looking for a Japanese person to fill the role an not an American. I immediately decided to just blow them off after the interview because who would really want to work for a company that would want to hire certain people over trivial things.
