Very similar to other insurance company. You meet the HR team then your future Line manager. They will do a very thorough background check and credit history check if they hire you. They will do a combination of zoom and in person interview

Very friendly and informal approach - but razor sharp questions. Be on the pulse regarding industry, regulations, trends and challenges. There is a focus on managerial and leadership qualities also.
