The process left me feeling like the role is more about being a task executor (“just add features, reports”) than owning or shaping backend systems. Good for someone who wants a stable corporate environment, but not for candidates looking for meaningful technical ownership or career progression.

Great overall experience—well-organised process with respectful and friendly interviewers. No major complaints; felt comfortable and appreciated throughout the interview.
