I applied on internships.com and got a reply in 24 hours to speak to the president. Upon hearing I'm from the area the president schedule an interview the next day. I came to the office on the scheduled time, and the interview itself took about 30 minutes. It's more like a conversation, without any rigid formality. We talked about things that seems total related and the president asked me to come in the next week. And so began the second-phase evaluation --- the internship itself.
