Interview is good and over all every thing went well but salary structure is not good but incentives provided based on elgibility criteria like cpc certified base pay is higher

A test was conducted before the interiew. The test was quite easy if someone's backgorund is from life sceinces. The interview lasted 30 minutes, where the Human Resource Manager asked me about my education backgorund, and my strengths.
