Very welcoming team that made me feel super comfortable. It was more like a productive conversation. You can tell that the company culture is probably good. They did not rush the interview and asked smart questions.
The process entails resume screening, initial phone interviews to gauge interest and basic qualifications, onsite interviews assessing technical skills, problem-solving abilities, behavioral traits, and cultural fit, followed by reference checks and potential final interviews.
