They take a bit long to get back to you. Already accepted a job offer when they sent an interview invite. Also doesn’t update much, which gives applicants anxiety. Their application form also doesn’t make sense because it’s in crore? I couldn’t understand.

Fast because it was a referral and I heard back from the editor within the day. This was the start of the magazine so hiring was very fast. It's probably a little different now, but it'll really help if you get a referral from someone inside who can connect you. They're all very friendly and always looking for the best talent.
