AEY Global interview questions

It took two days. I applied online and the next day, they wanted me to come for an interview that day. Finding the office was a bit of a problem in Cranford. It was in a weird area that was next to a pizza shop and a learning center for kids. Next, I walked in the waiting room and there was a tv playing "The Office." Very weird to have that on at work. I went in for the interview with a strange guy that talked about my resume and then the company. Nothing about the actual position itself. Very vague and not specific of what they want their employees to do. The final blow was that they wanted me to come in for a second interview the next day. A bit too soon? Fortunately, I had work the following day and I told them that I couldn't come in until next week. The interviewer gave crap to me about that, which is ridiculously since they are rushing the interview process instead of looking at all their candidates. I felt that it was too good to be true. I walked out and later that day, I sent an email declining their second interview. I found out later that they were a door to door sales company that offers no benefits and makes you work 10 hours a day. Very disappointed with the whole process and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The interview process took about 3 days. First, there was a phone screening with someone in HR, then if you're on the same page about the position, you are scheduled for a one on one interview with the company's President.
