Interview
The interview was in person, I was interviewed by two members of the engineering team (the head of engineering would usually be present but he was absent that day), two engineers asked me questions on how my uni degree was going, where I was based, why I wanted to work for the company and a few technical questions.

Interview
A formal interview was conducted but it felt more like a casual conversation. I was asked many technical questions regarding the my current knowledge and experience. Generally the interviewer wanted to know kind of person I am and wether I am good fit for the company
