AET Manager interview questions

They don't conduct phone interviews, they have you spend time, gas and money to come in for face-to-face interviews only to discover that you were not a fit all along. First interview was with hiring manager (who was very nice) and an HR lady (who was not very pleasant). We talked for about an hour going through questions and then the recruiter called me to tell me that they didn't think I had the required experience. Um, did you guys NOT read my resume before wasting my time?
