Had the first-round interview via Zoom with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, then had a second interview with the team, then I was completely Ghosted. Did not hear back from the team, and I even followed up with a couple of emails and NOTHING. Very unprofessional especially for a company like AEG, I expected better.
