AECOM Civil Engineer Graduate (Transportation) interview questions

Before the interview, the company was briefly introduced to the six candidates. Then, we were asked to complete an essay about general topics to assess our English level and a very general transportation planning problem. There was a short one-to-one interview with the head of recruiting where we were asked about our preferred positions. A forty minutes interview with two more recruiters followed. They assessed soft skills and motivation, as well as answers to the technical problem.
