I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Birmingham, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
I submitted an application online for the position. I then received an email regarding my application informing me that they would like me to complete a situational judgement test which was also done online in my own time. Once I had completed this I received feedback on my answers and then I received a phone call inviting me to an interview at their offices. I went to the interview and it was mostly an informal chat about my past experiences with a couple of competency based questions.

Interview
The interview process, after submitting the CV, begins with a test followed by a video recording. No response received after completing the video recording stages of the interview process. I believe the next stage will be a group interview.
The interview process was easy so far, had an initial one on Microsoft teams, and now I am having a second one also on Microsoft teams in the coming week
