Conference round-table discussion with team members who you will be working with regularly, followed by individual senior manager interviews one on one in their offices. This was followed by a local representative requesting information about salary requirements and discussing basic HR information, benefit package.

Easy process. Questions regarding your previous experiences, however the paperwork to submit to the company was very bureaucratic. The medical exams required for the position are not paid by the company, so be ready to pocket that expense.
