AECOM Design Architect interview questions

I was interviewed for the Design Architect for NEOM project in KSA. Suddenly a recruiter from the Dubai HR department called me and scheduled an interview for another day. I was expected to sit an interview @ 1pm while at work. The questions were more psychological rather then technical. Then another day had an interview with the client, questions were even weirder. They were interested in my experience and seemed very positive. Though, none of the interviewers had even looked through my application documents, and you could feel being looked down on during the interview, even though they were the ones reaching out to me. Didn't receive any answer after that, was ghosted after asking for the feedback. The HR called me a week later asking if I had my interview. One of the least professional experiences in my whole life, didn't expect such a fishy behavior by a company of this reputation.
