Screening call, 2 45-min interviews (one virtually, one in person at a coffee shop), one final interview with their HR rep. In my interviews they kept bringing up various jobs I didn’t apply for and began interviewing me for them with no forewarning. It was not difficult as most of the questions are about your experience and culture fit. But it did seem as though the company was extremely disorganized and I could never get a clear answer as to what I was actually being interviewed on. Anyway, after being pretty communicative during the interview process they ghosted me.
