psychometric test followed by final interview....
test was very easy...simple aptitude...both general n technical.....interview was easy but a candidate has to know every bit about the post he is applyng for....plus no female candidates were allowed for recruitment process...answer every ques with confidence and a smile.

Interview
The interview process was conducted in two steps. Firstly, there was a technical interview for about 30 minutes and then if you qualify then you are required to visit the company and appear for model test.
