ADR Services interview questions

Overall people that I met throught the interview process were very nice. But then the recruiter disappeared for about 2 weeks. I followed up with them only to learn that they hired somebody else. I would appreciate if they let me know about it without me pinging them.

Typical interview process. Breif phone interview with 1 hour in person interview. I never received a follow up call or email after the interview confirming if I got the position or not, and wasn't provided any contact information to check on the status of my application. Highly unprofessional.
