Easy to get through, tell them you will sell and work hard and you're in. they search for younger employees they can churn and burn . They prefer fresh graduated from college employees so they can underpay at $35,000 base

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Bowling Green, KY) in Nov 2018
Interview
After applying, I received a phone call for a phone screen. Next, I received an email for a time to schedule a 30 minute long phone interview. After, I was sent another email on when to schedule a 75 minute video interview. This was new for the Insurance Department in Louisville, KY.

Interview
The interview was very interesting to say the Least. there were two people who interviewed me this day, and I had no issue getting the actual job. Shortly after the interview, we adjourned to the other room which was where they actually do business, to see if I was a good fit for the team.
