Interview
I was fortunate I had a connection within the company that got me an interview. Spoke on the phone with 2 merchandisers for 30 minutes. Hardly any behavioral questions, they really just want to get to know you. They tell you a lot more about the position and ask if you are still interested. I think the number one thing they are looking for is that you are PERSONABLE, as the interns do a lot of origination with farmers. Have really good questions prepared as half of the interview was us going back and forth with the questions that I asked.

If they come to your career fair, they usually have a list to sign people up for interviews. Make sure to get there early to get a time slot. The interview was relatively basic, with typical interview questions.

I stopped by to talk to the ADM folks at my college career fair. They had a sign up sheet for 1 on 1 interviews that day.
I interviews later that day with a friendly woman from HR. Very basic interview process. If you can show them that you are truly interested in agribusiness and that you have shown you have done your research on ADM, you should have a good chance at getting the job. Best of luck to all who apply.
