Disappointed I didn’t get the job but in retrospect there were some red flags that made me uneasy. First was the Hirevue interview. It was just creepy and dehumanizing. Second was that one of the members of the hiring team couldn’t seem to make time for one of the two interviews I did. Makes me suspect she had already made her mind up against me. If that were the case then why interview me at all? I found it disrespectful of my time and status as a professional.
