ADM ASOM Trainee interview questions

did initial interview with campus recruiter , went well, overall nice guy. It took about 45 min. Asked the basic questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses. Then i was asked for a interview at their headquarters. had to skip 2 full days of class to fly from ND to st louis and back then took a 2.5 hour bus ride to decatur illanois. stayed in a hotel. So i ended up traveling about 12hrs with layovers and shuttle rides. The interview only lasted 30 min tops and they asked the basic questions that even mcdonalds would ask you. then i had another 12 hours of travel time to fly back to ND. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. didnt get the job. i felt i was qualified but they didnt even give the time to get to know theyre potential employees
