Phone Screen with Recruiter, then interview with head of logistics and an analyst. Recruiter was new to company and didn't seem prepared. Asked mostly behavioral questions and there were very long pauses after each answer because they were writing. Really did not seem like a conversation. Talked with head of logistics and an analyst, mostly about my background and some behavioral questions.
