Had a brief 30 minute phone call as initial screening. The interviewer started by telling me she was filling in and described the company in depth. Which was good but I already did my own research which could have saved some time to discuss my expertise more in depth. I kept feeling like the interviewer just wanted to get me off the phone.

I was contacted by the recruiter and completed an initial phone interview that I believe went very well. I followed up the interview thanking the recruiter for her time and reiterating my strong interest in the position as well as my fit for the role. I never heard back. Nothing.
