Started with a phone interview with HR to discuss general fit. Then another call with upper management that was more of a traditional phone interview. Hiring manager reached out a couple days later and happened to be in the area so we met over dinner (pre-covid). Received a verbal offer on the spot pending background check and completion of video interview. Final offer about a week later.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter that went great. She told me I had the perfect background for the role and I would be moving on to the 2nd interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was supposed to call within a couple of days to schedule the interview. It’s been a month and no response. Ghosted after being promised a 2nd interview.
