Got invited for a phone interview relatively quickly after submitting a cover letter and resume. The guy I spoke to was kind of all over the place when talking, he stumbled on his words and had really weird comments to make about my answers to his questions. He seemed really frazzled when I would answer a question before he asked it without knowing. Very strange and I had a weird feeling after I got off the phone, the conversation was very off. Did not hear back at all.

Asked for a video interview describing yourself. Once they accepted that I came for in person interview and met with a couple of the managers. I met with each of them separately and they were very friendly and asked interesting questions.
