Completed an initial phone interview, before coming in for a one hour technical assessment immediately followed by a behavioural interview. A week later, I was told via email (not a phone call) that the organisation did not have enough 'pipeline' for the role. I followed up seeking any possible feedback on my interview performance and have heard nothing. A highly unprofessional way to be treated (not even a phone call) after a significant commitment (technical assessment and interview), which I believe says a lot about this organisation's values and the way they treat people.
