I applied online. I interviewed at ACES ABA in Jan 2016
Interview
There was a very brief phone screen to explain the position. The in person interview was on site at the office I would assigned to by a recruiter from corporate. The meeting was professionally run and managed.
They will ask you questions such as what is your greatest strengths and weaknesses, if you worked with kids before, and how would you respond to difficult situations. Just study your common interview questions and you are set.
The interview process was short. There was a phone interview followed by a zoom interview. They asked general and in depth questions about my past experiences. I wish they would’ve been a little more clear and honest on their requirements but they say it differs for every office.

Question 1
In the situation of a child’s IPad not working how would you begin to troubleshoot it?

Interview
Panel interview on video call with other applicants. Case study and behavioral questions. “If you were given 3 items, how would you use these objects to play games with kiddos?” Interview was easy, if you move forward you’d start training modules from home first before they put you out on the field.
