ACE Charter Schools interview questions

I applied online and scheduled a phone interview with HR. The HR is very experienced and professional. Then, I scheduled for an on campus demo lesson. Before the demo lesson, I had about 30 minutes to meet admin team as panelists. I answered their questions in turn and did a demo lesson. There was two round. I received feedback on my first demo and modified my second demo.

They did the call ahead and asked about my past teaching experience. Specifically they wanted to know about what subject areas I could teach since they have teachers do more than one section of a subject for different grade levels. After the phone interview I was asked to go in person to do a demo lesson, they gave me a tour of the school and definitely had the most well behaved and loved students share their experiences. It makes the kids seem really appealing and what they offer really well put together.
