First was the recruiter phone screen and the next and final step was a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The process was black and white, not stressful at all.

Phone interview went fine, asked basic questions. The second interview I was rescheduled at the last minute, and had to go back and fourth with the recruiter multiple times because the supervisors did not have much availability. I was rescheduled without notice as well. The recruiter seemed annoyed that my availability was not lining up with theirs and told me to text them when I had something free up and to not worry because there was multiple positions open. I texted multiple times to be sure I would be scheduled for a second interview in fear that I would be ghosted. When I finally had the second interview, she was late, it went extremely fast paced and I was told this job wasn’t easy - it seemed like they wanted to scare me out of it. It was like they already had their mind made up on candidates. This whole experience was a waste of my time and it was stressful to say the least. I think the recruiter will make or break your experience- when I chatted with other employees they had a good experience.
