Firstly numerical, quantitative test, followed by one motivation and one technical interview, each of 30 minutes. Rather easy, focus on motivation and why NL. Typical technical questions. Nice atmosphere. Quick decision about the employment.

Submitted CV and Cover Letter. Received an interview invitation by phone after half a month. If it wasn't in summer, the waiting time might have been shorter. Then took out one round of interview by the direct supervisor.
