Received a cold call from their recruiter who saw an old resume of mine floating around online. Talked for a few about what they were/I was looking for and he requested an updated resume. Sent it off that evening and received a call back from the hiring manager the next day for a ~15 minute screening phone interview. Shot him a thank you email for his time and few days later was being asked when I could come in for an in person. Unfortunately at the in person it became evident they were looking for someone with hands on electrical testing experience vice my decade plus of electronics/RF testing and supervising electrical testers. They went with another candidate but we parted ways on good terms. Seemed like a decent dude to work under/with.
