I arrived on time met with Chris he went over job duties schedule and pay gave me great information about the company and safety protocols and ended with job videos

Basic in interviewers vehicle. If you pass background check you get the job. Seems strange, but the job is at Hemlock Semiconductor so you can't go into plant not much else to add.
