The interview process was very straightforward. I prepared for a 1 on 1 meeting with my interviewer that day and arrived to be in a room with all the other applicants and one of the HR reps pretty much running through the application process all at once with all of us page by page. We had to do it together like a kindergarten class. I was new to the workforce at the time and had only experienced at most 2 official interviews so it did relieve stress and was an interesting interview environment.
