I sent in a tape of my work through an agent. They called me in for an interview. Four people in the room. They all asked questions. It was very chill and not too intense. Mostly questions about my experience and background. In my business your tape speaks for itself.

Describe your process to secure an interview with a top-tier executive.
Very complex interview process that involves a panel and finally the Director of Production. The process from start to finish took a month. The Human Resources person kept me updated throughout the process.
Online, a few questions on background, skills, news knowledge before a few scenarios to answer, including ordering stories for a bulletin and designing a graphic. Very friendly panel. A chance to ask questions
