Interview
only interview and biometry tests before in to the position, they will ask about the job description related questions. Also they will ask about the previous job experiences, They will negociate the salary and its very easy hiring process.
It was good, 3 stages. Everyone was super nice and made it feel like more of a conversation rather than an interview. If I had to rate it, it would be a solid 8/10

Three rounds of interviews, starting with HR. Then a manager from a different department. Finally with Hiring Manager. Each interview took approximately 40 minutes to one hour. It was a very positive atmosphere with flexibility to meet my schedule.
