Flew me to Houston, met with the president, VP of Sales, CFO, and head of HR. Told me I lacked experience, which I thought was bizarre given that I flew to the interview.
The interview process was structured and efficient. Communication was timely, with clear expectations at each stage. Panel was friendly and asked relevant questions. Overall, a respectful and engaging experience, that is all.
