I connect to HR by LinkedIn, Then meet the top management in a restaurant. They offered me a couple of relevant openings in their pipeline. I chose the most relevant one. Afterward Interviewed with HUB. It was HR and HUB manager of devision.

Questions about my education, expierence, career growth, salary. Some questions required technical knowledge
Started out with HR, asking general questions. Hiring manager was more straight forward and needed somebody with a good amount of experience especially in P&L. Granted P&L requires VP/GM level, it seems they were grooming a future leader
